Influence driver selection, editorial content, or story decisions in any way. Sponsors may not use the program to promote freight services, rates, or performance. No nominations may be submitted or influenced by a sponsor on behalf of their own drivers.
Sponsor companies must operate legally and in good standing. Companies with active FMCSA compliance violations or public disputes involving driver welfare will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any partnership that conflicts with program values.
The The Highway Hero Review Board operates entirely independently of all sponsors. Driver selections, story editing, and publication decisions are never shared with or influenced by any sponsoring organization, at any tier.
