monthly Hero — March 2026
Marcus Coleman
Marcus Coleman

A professional truck driver and devoted father, Marcus’s life changed forever when a catastrophic crash involving a commercial vehicle driven by an unqualified, non-compliant driver left his young daughter, Dalilah, with life-altering injuries. Rather than turning away from the industry he’s part of, Marcus stepped forward not in anger, but with determination to help make America’s highways safer for every family traveling them. He shared his story with lawmakers, advocated for stronger driver qualification standards, and pushed for accountability and verification measures to ensure the person behind the wheel is qualified, legitimate, and properly vetted. Marcus and Dalilah’s courage has drawn national attention. They were guests of the President of the United States at the State of The Union address when the concept of the Dalilah Act was introduced, and later welcomed to visit Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration by Administrator Chief Derek Barrs to discuss highway safety and driver legitimacy.

monthly Hero — February 2026
Camelback Moving Crew
Phoenix, Arizona
Camelback Moving Crew

A crew from Camelback Moving helped bring a frightening situation to a safe conclusion after recognizing a child associated with the Amber Alert. The team was at a QuikTrip gas station when they noticed something that didn’t look right. Because they were paying attention and aware of the Amber Alert, they quickly realized the vehicle and child matched the alert that had been issued. Instead of ignoring it or assuming someone else would act, they did something extraordinary. They used their truck to block the suspect’s vehicle, preventing it from leaving until law enforcement could arrive.

monthly Hero — January 2026
Ed Coleman
Nebraska
Ed Coleman

Early one morning, around 5:30 a.m., Ed was driving his route near Papillion when he saw something that immediately caught his attention: a small child standing alone in the median of a busy roadway. Instead of assuming someone else would handle it, Ed turned his truck around and stopped. He carefully brought the child into the truck, wrapped him in a blanket, and contacted authorities. While waiting for the police to arrive, Ed kept the young boy calm and safe inside the cab of his truck. Because of Ed’s quick thinking and willingness to step in, what could have turned into a tragedy ended with the child safely reunited with his family.
